What a treat it is to take this minute or two at the end of our workout each and every day that we've been working out together and just let your body absorb what it just went through. Let your brain kind of catch up and think, "Oh my gosh, we just did "our 23rd day of working out together." I'm super, super proud of you. Today was very different.
